There is en enourmus amount of bookkeeping software. If you have experience and you can handle Excel very well than you can do the accounting with Excel sheets. If you want an elaborated software tool wicht has its funding in Excel sheets than E-boekhouden might be the thing for you.
All three recommended software programs does the job very well. They let you make profeesional qoutes en invoices like a breeze. They have eleborated knowlegde base and service. They have realtime dashboards so you see what your financial health is. The have all the reports necessary for tax declarations. and they save yoy money and time because you don't need an accountant, although i will alwasy check it by a expert, just for the sake of it.
What the best software tool is is what you prefer. If you kno a littke bit about accounting and like working with excelsheets than E-boekhoeden is the best for you. If you, like me, has less affection with bookkeeping and sheets than a accounting software package is a life saver for you (mind you, one day late with your Tax decalarion could cost you a fine of a couple of hunded euro's!)
I use the Jortt tool (i like the 'to-do fuction' so much, it keeps me on track;-) but the others are also fine.
Ps: Offcourse there are many others, some I tested , some not.
You can take a look at these programs and do your own research if you want.
